The Sold House will get your property sale ready. Offering a variety of packages we are able to help you realise your properties potential and make the selling process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Consulation
We will visit your property and provide you with a written report advising next steps for your property. There is a £220 charge for this service, if you decide to purchase one of our packages this fee is refundable.
Bespoke Silver
This service will highlighted from your consultation feedback and will be a recommended preliminary package. Tailored to your needs and yet a more cost effective option.
Bespoke Gold
This is our most bespoke package and we will discuss with you the needs of your property. This service provides you with interior design advice and action as well as home staging.
